Outstanding Service! From the very beginning the service was top notch.  Great communication.  Prompt responses, clear details and recommendations made setting up the appointment simple.  He provided a short arrival window plus ETA prior to arrival to make sure we knew exactly when to expect him, rather than giving a wide window like some companies do.  He clearly explained his process and what we should expect.  Took his time and made sure we were happy with things as he progressed through the install.  We really got the sense that he cared about how everything looked and functioned for us.
